- 1 kg Chicken wings
- 2 tbsp Lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 for zest and juice Lemon
- 20 g melted Butter

Pat 1 kg wings dry. Toss with 1 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning, 1 tsp garlic powder, and a pinch of salt. The lemon pepper does most of the flavoring work here.

Air fryer: Cook at 200°C for 20-22 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. Oven: Bake on a wire rack at 220°C for 40-45 minutes, flipping once. Both methods produce crispy results.
